WATCH: Antipolo 2nd District Representative Philip Acop, son of the late Romeo Acop, chastises Kiko Barzaga, who once mocked the Acop patriarch’s death.
Congressman Acop, who spoke on the House plenary floor on Tuesday, June 2, after the ethics committee unveiled its recommendation to expel Barzaga, says the chamber should not tolerate Barzaga’s actions.
“Your legacy of ineptitude, your responsibility, and disrespect will indeed serve as a lesson to the entire Filipino people and your colleagues in the House of Representatives that we deserve competent leaders,” the younger Acop adds.
