TORREON RELEASES VIDEO ALLEGEDLY TAKEN BEFORE SENATE SHOOTING INCIDENT</p>
<p>Atty. Israelito Torreon released footage allegedly showing several supposed National Bureau of Investigation agents outside the Senate of the Philippines carrying flashlights and radios.</p>
<p>Torreon claimed the video was taken moments before the reported gunfire inside the Senate on Wednesday night, May 13.</p>
