We were importing crude oil from Russia I think since 2012 and on 2017 naging consistent until Ukraine war came thats why we halted..Tapos now after 5 years meron na crude from Russia..pleae note crude oil pa lng yan..it will be refined pa by Petron..good initiative btw.
