President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.’s appraised net worth climbed to P1.457 billion based on an appraisal report attached to his 2025 Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN).
According to documents obtained from the Office of the Ombudsman, Marcos and First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos declared a combined net worth of P475,931,289.93 as of December 2025.
The First Couple also reported having no liabilities.
An appraisal report prepared by Cuervo Appraisers, Inc. placed their total appraised net worth at P1,457,031,222.53.
Appraised net worth refers to the estimated market value of assets based on professional valuation and may differ from the declared acquisition value reflected in SALNs.
In comparison, Marcos declared a net worth of more than P389 million in his 2024 SALN, while the appraised value of his assets then stood at P1.375 billion.
Based on the 2025 appraisal, the Marcos couple’s real estate holdings were valued at P1.029 billion. Their personal properties were appraised at P427.419 million.
The couple’s declared personal assets included investments worth P178.6 million, paintings valued at P84.8 million, cash holdings amounting to P98.7 million, and jewelry worth P26.4 million.
The SALN also listed 12 motor vehicles owned by the First Couple, including a 2023 Mercedes-Maybach S680 valued at P10.5 million and a 2023 GMC Yukon Denali XL priced at P9.5 million.
