Dubai World Trade Centre reported nearly 3 million attendees across 401 events in 2025, marking a 12 percent increase and underscoring the emirate’s position as a leading global business events hub.
The growth was driven by strong international participation, with nearly half of attendees coming from abroad, alongside a diverse calendar of exhibitions, conferences, and trade events.
Major events such as GITEX Global and Gulfood Manufacturing contributed significantly to the surge, while the expansion of the Dubai Exhibition Centre increased capacity for large-scale international gatherings.
Officials said the strong performance reflects sustained investor confidence and Dubai’s strategic push to strengthen its business and trade ecosystem under its long-term economic agenda.
With continued expansion and rising demand, Dubai is positioning itself to host even larger global events in the coming years.
