Filipina entrepreneur Lourds Adalia-Evertse has been recognised as one of the Most Influential Filipina Women in the World 2025, earning international acclaim for her contributions to entrepreneurship, business innovation and leadership.
Presented by the Filipina Women’s Network (FWN), the prestigious Global FWN100 Awards honour Filipina leaders and changemakers who are making a significant impact across business, government, education and other sectors worldwide. Adalia-Evertse received the distinction under the Builder – Architect of Change category.
Originally from Laguna, Adalia-Evertse began her professional journey at the age of 19 with a determination to build a career in the food and beverage industry. Over the years, she has established herself as an entrepreneur, strategist and advisor with a growing influence in the
sector.
As co-founder of Spice Grill, she helped develop a restaurant concept known for its quality food and service while promoting Filipino-inspired cuisine through a contemporary dining experience. In 2025, Spice Grill was named a Highly Commendable Restaurant in the Northern Emirates, becoming the only Filipino-owned restaurant to receive recognition in the awards programme.
“It was a powerful moment of representation and validation for Filipino cuisine on a wider stage,” Adalia-Evertse said.
“I hope my journey can inspire others, especially Filipinas and young expats, to pursue their dreams with confidence and courage.”
Expanding her entrepreneurial portfolio, she later founded Drippy, a healthier soda alternative designed for children and pre-teens, reflecting growing consumer demand for wellness-oriented products.
Beyond her business ventures, Adalia-Evertse serves as an F&B growth strategist, advisor and keynote speaker, helping companies navigate expansion and innovation in a competitive market.
Her personal journey has been equally transformative. After smoking for 18 years, she embraced a healthier lifestyle, becoming a marathon runner and triathlete.
Today, she balances her roles as entrepreneur, athlete and mother, drawing on resilience, discipline and determination.
For Filipino communities across the Gulf region, including Qatar, Adalia-Evertse’s story stands as a testament to how ambition, perseverance and continuous reinvention can lead to meaningful achievements and lasting impact.
