For one night, UMG Philippines celebrated the diversity of Filipino music by bringing together 10 of OPM’s most beloved and rising artists for Music Is Universal: Artist Showcase 2026 held on June 8, 2026.

A handful of lucky fans were given the chance to witness the outstanding live performances from solo artists Moira, Juan Karlos, Dionela, Janine Berdin, EZ Mil, and Jayda, P-pop girl group XONARA, and alt bands HEY JUNE!, One Click Straight, and Fern at Samsung Hall, SM Aura Premiere.

Fans were visibly overjoyed and touched by the overall musical spectacle, from heart-wrenching ballads to electrifying numbers. The audience got an exclusive treat when Juan Karlos sang unreleased songs, while XONARA performed their special rendition of Dionela’s “Ikigai” to the crowd’s delight.

Dionela and Filipino-American rapper and singer EZ Mil also delivered one of the event’s most memorable performances, singing “Marilag” together.

“More than a concert, this event is about connection—creating moments that unite people through music, culture, and passion,” said Enzo Valdez, managing director of UMG Philippines.

Record labels EMI, Republic, and Island Records Philippines gathered their artists for an unforgettable night of showcasing the talent of Filipino artists shaping today’s music scene.
