Prime Minister Mark Carney and Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. stopped at a popular Filipino fast-food chain in Vancouver on Thursday. The photo-op followed their announcement of a new Canada-Philippines Strategic Partnership focused on trade, energy, defence and tourism, according to a press release from the Prime Minister’s Office.
