BREAKING: Members of the Iglesia ni Cristo (INC) will hold their protest at Liwasang Bonifacio in Manila on Thursday, July 2, 2026, after the Quezon City government recalled their rally permit, the QCPD said on Wednesday night.
The city government of Manila said the INC does not need to secure a permit to continue their rally at Liwasang Bonifacio.
“Liwasang Bonifacio is a government-designated Freedom Park. As such, the Iglesia ni Cristo (INC) does not need to secure a permit to assemble peacefully in the area,” city administrator Atty. Eduardo Quintos XIV said. | via Andrew Ronquillo
