Dubai, United Arab Emirates — Philippine Airlines (PAL), the Philippines’ flag carrier, will resume nonstop flights between Dubai and Manila beginning Oct. 2, 2026.
PAL will initially operate four weekly flights between Dubai and Manila, restoring direct air connectivity between one of the Middle East’s busiest commercial and travel hubs and the Philippines.
The airline plans to gradually increase frequencies and eventually restore daily service, subject to operational considerations.
The resumption of the Dubai route will strengthen connectivity for overseas Filipinos, business travelers, tourists, and cargo customers traveling between the United Arab Emirates and the Philippines. The Philippines also serves as a strategic gateway for travelers from the Middle East to destinations across Southeast Asia and the Asia-Pacific region.
To mark the return of its Dubai-Manila nonstop service, Philippine Airlines will offer an introductory all-in round-trip fare starting at AED 2,740 for a limited time, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
