First annual Filipino-American Family & Friends 5K Fun Run planned for June 6

RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) – The first annual Filipino-American Family & Friends 5K Fun Run is taking place June 6 at Founders Parker starting at 10 a.m.

Organizers Queen Rosette Dairo and Merianne Simmons spoke on-air about the details and what community members can expect.

The organizers ask participants to register for the 5K on or before June 6 so they can prepare accordingly.
