The 19th edition of IFEX Philippines 2026 opened on May 21, 2026 at the World Trade Center Metro Manila, bringing together international exhibitors, trade buyers, and industry stakeholders for a three-day showcase of Filipino and global food products.
Running until May 23, the event remains one of the country’s largest international food trade exhibitions, serving as a business-to-business platform for networking, trade matching, and investment opportunities across the food export sector.
Organizers said this year’s theme, “Tropical Flavors for the World,” underscores the Philippines’ push to elevate key agricultural exports such as mango, pineapple, coconut, and heritage grains, positioning local products for stronger competitiveness in global markets.
Organizers said the event aims to further strengthen the Philippines’ foothold in the global premium sourcing market by linking local producers with international buyers and industry partners.
A notable feature of this year’s edition is the expanded use of digital engagement strategies, with influencer-driven content helping extend the reach of exhibitors and participating brands across online platforms.
Influencers were formally recognized during the IFEX 2026 Partners Appreciation Night held on May 21, acknowledging their role in promoting Filipino food products and strengthening public engagement with the trade fair.
The influencer engagement for the trade fair was handled by the New Perspective Group through its Philippine marketing arm, New Perspective Marketing International Inc.
