Authorities in Crow Wing County say ‘active’ situation in Crosby has ended

The Crow Wing County Sheriff’s Office and other law enforcement agencies were in Crosby on Saturday for an “active incident” in the city.

Law enforcement agencies gathered near 3rd Avenue in the northeast area of Crosby for the incident, which, as of this report, authorities have not elaborated on.

During the situation, the Sheriff’s Office said there was no threat to the public.

At 2:25 p.m., the Crow Wing County Sheriff’s Office said the incident had been resolved and said a suspect was in custody. Authorities were expected to leave the area shortly.
