Torre: PNP, Napolcom battle resolved

MANILA, Philippines — Philippine Nationwide Police (PNP) chief Gen. Nicolas Torre III yesterday downplayed tensions with the Nationwide Police Fee after the Napolcom blocked his bid to reshuffle the police pressure, saying the problem has been settled internally.
