MANILA, Philippines — SM Prime Holdings Inc., the built-in property growth arm of the SM Group, is investing P1.5 billion to increase its hospitality portfolio in Laguna.
SM Resorts and Conventions Corp. (SMHCC), SM Prime’s hospitality arm, is concentrating on to open Park Inn by Radisson in Sta. Rosa by the primary quarter of 2029.
The Park Inn by Radisson Sta. Rosa will function 201 lodge rooms, together with eating shops, leisure services comparable to a pool and health club in addition to devoted areas for conferences and occasions.
The lodge will join on to a premier SM mall in Sta. Rosa and the upcoming SMX Sta. Rosa Commerce Corridor through a bridgeway.
