ASUS has released the ROG Strix SCAR 16 2025 in the Philippines.
The device is equipped with a 16-inch ROG Nebula HDR Mini-LED display at 2.5K (2560 x 1600) resolution, 240Hz refresh rate, DCI-P3 100% color accuracy, Dolby Vision HDR support, and a 3ms response time.
For multimedia, the ROG Strix SCAR 16 2025 includes a 1080p IR webcam with Windows Hello support, quad speakers with Dolby Atmos, and AI noise-canceling microphones.
Inside, the laptop is powered by an Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX processor paired with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 Laptop GPU (up to 175W). It has up to 32GB DDR5-5600 RAM and 2TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD storage. Two DDR5 SO-DIMM slots and two M.2 PCIe slots are available for upgrades.
Cooling is handled by a full vapor chamber system, Tri-Fan design, sandwiched heatsink, and Conductonaut Extreme liquid metal. It has a 90Wh battery and is supplied with a 380W AC adapter.
Out of the box, it runs Windows 11 Home with ROG Armoury Crate and Copilot+ integration.
