Maibarara wins PEMC’s most compliant geothermal power plant award

The 32MW Maibarara geothermal power plant (MGPP) of Yuchengco-led Maibarara Geothermal Inc. (MGI) was awarded by the Philippine Electricity Market Corporation (PEMC) the “Most Compliant Geothermal Plant” during the 2025 Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM) Compliance Officers Summit held at Clark, Pampanga on October 24, 2025.
