MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical Astronomical Companies Administration (Pagasa) stated on Saturday the northeast monsoon or “amihan” can be affecting excessive Northern Luzon.
In its early morning bulletin, the climate bureau stated that Batanes and Babuyan Islands had been anticipated to have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with remoted mild rains.
In the meantime, the easterlies will carry cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms to Davao Area, Surigao del Sur, Agusan del Sur, South Cotabato, and Sarangani.
Metro Manila and the remainder of the nation could have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with remoted rain showers or thunderstorms.
