Defer ruling on Duterte launch plea, ICC judges urged

After initially highlighting the urgency of their request for interim launch of former president Rodrigo Duterte from detention in The Hague, his attorneys now need pre-trial chamber judges of the Worldwide Legal Courtroom to carry off making a choice on their plea.
