Brothers Deo and Ian Cuajao are looking forward to sharing the court when their respective teams clash in NCAA Season 101.

Deo currently plays for Colegio de San Juan de Letran, while younger brother Ian suits up for Emilio Aguinaldo College.

As the elder sibling, Deo is simply proud to see Ian getting the chance to showcase his talent on a bigger stage.

“Sa pagiging kuya, excited ako. Sa mga paghihirap niya rin, mapapalabas niya na sa college,” Deo told GMA News Online.

Ian, who is still adjusting after transitioning from high school just a few months ago, said he is ready to put up a fight when they finally meet on the court.

“Walang madali sa amin kaya ibigay ko ‘yung laban sa kanya,” he said.

While the EAC–Letran matchup is still a few weeks away, scheduled for October 29, both brothers expressed excitement about the much-anticipated game.

“Excited, lalo na ngayon na gusto ko siya makalaban at ang team niya,” said Ian.

In the meantime, both teams are set to begin their Season 101 campaigns on Friday. The EAC Generals will open against the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA, while the Letran Knights will go up against Jose Rizal University.
