Bjorn Kristensen powered the Philippine men’s national football team past Timor-Leste, 4–1, in the AFC Asian Cup Qualifiers on Thursday in Australia.
Kristensen netted all four goals in the 15th, 31st, 49th, and 56th minutes to put the Philippines provisionally on top of Group A in the third round of qualifiers.
Paulo Freitas scored the lone goal for Timor-Leste in the 47th minute.
The Philippines now holds two wins and one draw, totaling seven points to lead the group. Tajikistan and the Maldives are currently playing as well.
The Philippines will face Timor-Leste again for its home game on Tuesday at the New Clark City Stadium.
