Baste sues Cupboard secretaries over Duterte arrest

Performing Davao Metropolis Mayor Sebastian Duterte has filed felony and administrative complaints in opposition to a number of Cupboard secretaries and former high police officers of the Marcos administration over the arrest and turnover of his father, former president Rodrigo Duterte, to the Worldwide Felony Courtroom in The Hague, Netherlands.
