MANILA, Philippines — Korean celebrity couple and “Our Blues” co-stars Kim Woo-bin and Shin Min-ah have officially wed!
The actors’ label AM Entertainment confirmed the wedding took place on December 20 by sharing a monochrome photo of the newlyweds in the snow.
“We are deeply grateful for the warm blessings and unwavering support you’ve shown the couple as they embark on this precious new journey together,” the agency said in a release.
The label also shared the couple’s eagerness to repay fans’ support with future performances onscreen.
The wedding reportedly took place in a Seoul hotel with only family and close friends in attendance. Lee Kwang-soo, a good friend of Woo-bin’s, was said to have hosted the event.
Min-ah and Woo-bin began dating in July 2015 after meeting for a modeling gig for a clothing brand.
They weren’t paired in 2022’s “Our Blues” but the project was significant as it was Woo-bin’s first series since completing treatment for nasopharyngeal cancer.
Woo-bin broke out into mainstream popularity in “The Heirs” before going on to appear in “Uncontrollably Fond,” “Black Knight,” two “Alienoid” movies and most recently “Genie, Make A Wish.”
Min-ah, meanwhile, is best known for “My Girlfriend is a Gumiho,” “Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha,” “Oh My Venus,” “Karma,” and next year will appear in “The Remarried Empress” with Ju Ji-hoon and Lee Jong-suk.
