19 areas under Signal No. 1 as 'Wilma' nears Eastern, Northern Samar

Tropical Depression "Wilma" continued to inch closer to Eastern Samar and Northern Samar on Saturday, December 6, prompting state weather bureau PAGASA to raise Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 over several provinces across Luzon and Visayas.
