Garry Tan open sourcing it was a strong move, but the repo doesn’t look ready for open source speed. 80 PRs are still open, 147 have been closed, and only 4 community PRs were actually merged — the rest of the merged PRs came from you. That’s an extremely low merge rate for outside contributors, especially on an agentic repo where approvals could likely be handled much faster by the agent.
