Ex-Supreme Court justice Mendoza returns to JBC

President Marcos has reappointed former Supreme Court (SC) associate justice Jose Mendoza to the Judicial and Bar Council (JBC), the body tasked to screen and nominate candidates for vacancies in the judiciary.
