DigiPlus, Bayad form exclusive partnership

Digital entertainment company DigiPlus Interactive Corp. has entered into an exclusive partnership with bills payment services provider Bayad to expand over-the-counter or physical payment options for players of BingoPlus, ArenaPlus and GameZone.
