The Phoenix Gas Masters on Friday introduced the appointment of Willy Wilson as their new head coach.
Wilson replaces Jamike Jarin, who led the group from 2023 till the just lately concluded PBA Philippine Cup.
“Administration believes that Coach Willy will likely be match for the group because it continues to pursue extra success in Season 50,” the group stated in an announcement.
Jarin, in the meantime, will likely be designated as a group guide.
Wilson performed for Phoenix from 2016 to 2018. He then joined the Gas Masters’ teaching employees in 2020 earlier than being tasked to take over as head coach.
Final season, the Gas Masters didn’t make the playoffs in all three conferences.
