Phinma launches Bacolod’s first homegrown township

Phinma Properties, the residential arm of the Phinma Group, has launched Saludad, its first masterplanned township in Bacolod City, developed in partnership with local firm JEPP Real Estate Co. and designed by Royal Pineda+.
