MANILA, Philippines—A Cardinal urged Filipinos to hope for peace amidst the continued battle within the Center East.
In a press release on Sunday, Manila Archbishop Cardinal Jose Advincula implored the trustworthy to hope for many who face adversity because of the struggle.
“We pray for many who undergo due to the scourge of struggle that peace could also be granted to them quickly, and will each individuals dwell in tranquility and freedom,” the assertion reads.
