The Philippines asserted its dominance in international beauty pageants this year with all of the country’s bets from major national organizations placing in their respective global tilts. Although considered by many as an “international pageant powerhouse,” the Philippines was not able to accomplish this in 2024. But 2025 proved to be a redemption year for the country. The country’s campaign started strong with Dia Mate’s victory at the Reina Hispanoamericana pageant in Bolivia in February.
