MANILA, Philippines — Commuters and motorists are expected to face heavy traffic on Sunday, November 2, and Monday, November 3, as many Filipinos return to Metro Manila after the weekend observance of Undas 2025 (All Saints’ Day).
President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., through Proclamation 727, declared October 31 and November 1 as special non-working holidays for All Saints’ Day Eve and All Saints’ Day, respectively.
