Lenovo Watch GT Pro launched – ManilaShaker Philippines

Lenovo recently launched a new smartwatch in China, targeted at outdoor and fitness enthusiasts—the Lenovo Watch GT Pro.

The Lenovo Watch GT Pro sports a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with 466×466 resolution and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass from scratches.

Lenovo has incorporated a zinc-magnesium alloy frame, a fiberglass-reinforced nylon back, stainless steel buttons, and a silicone strap for the watch’s build.

The smartwatch supports over 170 sports modes, including indoor and outdoor workouts. It has a dual-frequency GPS, which the brand claimed can improve location tracking accuracy during outdoor activities. There are also sensors for altitude and barometric pressure, along with a digital compass. These sensors and features have real-time navigation and fitness tracking support.

It is rated for depths of up to 50 meters with 5ATM water resistance. A dedicated swimming algorithm that tracks strokes, pace, laps, duration, and calories burned has also been integrated.

Health-related features include continuous heart rate monitoring, SpO2 tracking, sleep monitoring, stress measurement, and guided breathing exercises. Sleep monitoring provides insights into the quality of sleep by breaking down the stages of light, deep, and REM sleep.

The Watch GT Pro connects via Bluetooth 5.3 and supports both Android and iOS platforms. It allows users to make Bluetooth calls, check call history, and view notifications directly from the watch.

Additionally, the watch packs a 470mAh lithium polymer battery, which Lenovo claimed can last up to 27 days on a single charge in long endurance mode and about 7 days under heavy usage.

The Lenovo Watch GT Pro is priced at CNY 899 (~PHP 7,509) and is now available in China.
