MANILA, Philippines — Kapamilya stars Joshua Garcia and Ivana Alawi will star in “Love is Never Gone,” pegged as the first Filipino TV show to be shot in Morocco.

ABS-CBN’s Dreamscape Entertainment posted a teaser of the series showing Joshua and Ivana in the African country..

“From the deserts of Morocco, we bring you another action-packed series. They’ll chase, fight, and hold on to a love that never fades,” the production company teased, pointing out it would be the first time Joshua and Ivana were being paired for a teleserye.

“Love is Never Gone” is currently set to air sometime in 2026.

It can be recalled that Ivana — whose late father is from Morocco — admitted in 2021 that she had a crush on Joshua.

“Cute ‘yung mukha at saka mabait siya. Nakita ko pa na family-oriented. Pero hindi ko masabi kasi ‘di ko pa siya nami-meet personally,” Ivana said at the time.

Joshua then reacted on Ivana’s revelation in a press conference, “Kapag may humahanga sa ‘kin, nakakadagdag ng confidence ‘yun para sa lalaki.”

“‘Di ko alam reaction ko. Siyempre thank you kasi na-appreciate ‘yung work kong ginagawa, ‘yung pag-arte,” Joshua also said. “Base sa narinig ko, na-appreciate niya ‘yung acting, so thankful. Very thankful ako as an actor. Maraming salamat.”
