MANILA, Philippines — Letran cruised to a swift 25-22, 25-15, 25-20 victory over College of Batangas for a third-place end within the 2025 Shakey’s Tremendous League (SSL) Nationwide Invitationals Batangas leg yesterday on the College of Batangas Millennium Fitness center.
Benefiting from their peak, firepower and expertise, the Girl Knights overwhelmed the host squad to snap a two-game slide and salvage a podium end within the match backed by Shakey’s Pizza Parlor, Peri-Peri Charcoal Rooster, Potato Nook and R and B Milk Tea.
Letran fought off a late rally by the Girl Brahmans for a candy end following its straight units loss to Far Japanese College and a stinging five-set defeat to NCAA archrival Faculty of Saint Benilde.
Verenicce Colendra hammered 17 kills for a game-high 21 factors.
