MANILA, Philippines — A supposed rift between Ellen Adarna and Derek Ramsay does not appear to be over following new revelations from the actress.
Derek is said to have commented on a Facebook video post by Bilyonaryo News Channel that features a clip of dating coach Vanessa Antonio who claimed that she knew the celebrity couple was about to break up because of a past video where Derek allegedly cursed Ellen.
The video Vanessa was referring to was where Ellen pranked a sleeping Derek, prompting the sudden reaction.
The actor commented on the post saying, “For your information, I never cursed my wife mam!!! Ellen and I would always prank each other and we never got mad at each other.”
Ellen then posted on Instagram a screen recording of Derek’s comment — highlighting with text that read “hay naku Derek…” — before showing a 10-second video shot in hiding.
“Napakaduwag mo. Puro ka lang salita. ‘Yan ang problema sa’yo. You go avoid every f***ing conflict in life,” Derek can be heard as Ellen walks away.
In additional text, Ellen directed followers to the video’s date, June 19, 2024, pointing out that she was pregnant with their daughter Lili at that time.
The model-actress said she would take down the video after 24 hours, tagging the handles of both Bilyonaryo and Vanessa.
Ellen recently claimed that Derek cheated on her and even posted screenshots of supposed messages between Derek and an unnamed woman.
“We were not married at that time yet but if he was able to do that in our honeymoon stage, how much more three months, six months, a year? God knows, right?” Ellen said at the time.
Entertainment reporter and STAR columnist Dolly Anne Carvajal reached out to Derek asking his reaction to Ellen Adarna’s infidelity allegations. The actor only responded, “I will not engage.”
Dolly also messaged actress and Derek’s ex, actress Andrea Torres, asking if she had any advice or message for Ellen.
“I think it’s best that I don’t say anything,” Andrea replied to Dolly.
