DA blacklist grows as P3.78 billion smuggled farm items seized

The Division of Agriculture yesterday mentioned seizures of smuggled farm and fishery items have reached P3.78 billion over the previous 17 months, with 20 importers now blacklisted underneath Agriculture Secretary Francisco Tiu Laurel Jr.
