MANILA, Philippines — With their berths to the Elite Junior Finals secured, Jakob Taruc and Rafa Anciano nonetheless churned out high-quality performances to rule the premier 15-18 age class of the ICTSI John Hay Junior PGT Championship in Baguio yesterday.
