MANILA, Philippines — With their berths to the Elite Junior Finals secured, Jakob Taruc and Rafa Anciano nonetheless churned out high-quality performances to rule the premier 15-18 age class of the ICTSI John Hay Junior PGT Championship in Baguio yesterday.
Coming into the ultimate spherical only one stroke off Andres Fabie, Taruc carded a 74 to complete with a 54-hole whole of 222, clinching a three-shot victory on the difficult John Hay Golf Membership underneath cloudy skies.
