Eight years after conquering the World Pool Championship in Qatar, Carlo Biado returned to the worldwide stage with a vengeance – this time in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia – reclaiming the crown in dramatic vogue by dethroning final 12 months’s champion Fedor Gorst, 15-13, to develop into the primary Filipino to win the distinguished title twice.
