BFAR to carry public consultations on proposed prawn import guidelines


The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Assets (BFAR) will start a sequence of public consultations this week on proposed rules governing the importation of freshwater prawns,  a transfer seen to align aquaculture manufacturing with stricter biosecurity measures.
