Ford Philippines has launched its first fully electric vehicle in the country, the Mustang Mach-E.
The local variant features all-wheel drive with dual motors and an estimated range of up to 550 kilometers.
Inside, it offers power-adjustable seats, dual-zone climate control, and a 15.5-inch touchscreen with SYNC 4A, wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a 10-speaker audio system.
Safety equipment includes nine airbags, a 360-degree camera, and driver-assistance systems like blind-spot monitoring, lane-keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, and collision mitigation.
The car also has three driving modes, Whisper, Engage, and Unbridle, which change how it drives. It also has a one-pedal system, where lifting your foot off the accelerator slows the car and recharges the battery.
Cargo space totals 402 liters at the rear, expandable to 1,420 liters, plus 80 liters in the front trunk.
The electric powertrain delivers 290 kW (394 ps) and 676 Nm of torque. The 88 kWh battery supports both AC and DC charging, with fast charging capable of taking the battery from 10% to 80% in around 36–45 minutes.
